- Orders are shipped only through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
- Delivery timelines are subject to the norms of the courier company / postal authority.
2. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order and/or payment.
- In cases where a different delivery timeline is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, that timeline will apply.
- Delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
3. Delivery Address
- All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
- We will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
4. Order Confirmation
- A confirmation of your order and delivery details will be sent to your registered email ID provided at the time of registration or purchase.
5. Shipping Charges
- We do not charge extra for shipping. The cost of shipping is already included in the product price you see at checkout.
