Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Since all our products are made-to-order, we follow a streamlined policy to handle returns, refunds, and replacements. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    • Have original packaging intact.
    • Not be a discounted or sale item (unless defective or damaged).
  • Only items that are defective, misprinted, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error are eligible for free replacement/refund.
  • Certain categories of items may be non-returnable; such items will be identified at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart before ordering).
  • Change of mind.
  • Slight variations in color due to digital printing.
  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Delays caused by courier partners.
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged).

3. Reporting a Problem

To request a return, refund, or replacement:

  • Contact us at info@fashonen.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide the following:
    • A complete unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection).
    • Clear photos showing the issue.
    • Image of the outer courier packaging with the shipping label visible.
  • Without the required details (especially the unboxing video), we may not be able to process your request.

4. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrongly printed item:

  • Email us with the required proof within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will either:
    • Send you a replacement at no extra cost, OR
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is lost or undelivered (as per courier tracking):

  • For air shipments: after 15 days of non-delivery.
  • For surface shipments: after 20 days of non-delivery.
    We will:
  • Reship the product at no cost, OR
  • Provide a full refund.
    If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.

6. Size Issues

  • We provide detailed size charts with all apparel products.
  • Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • If you believe you received the wrong size compared to what you ordered, share photos with a measuring tape for verification.
  • A tolerance of ±0.5 inches in garment measurements is considered standard and not eligible for refund/replacement.

7. Refund Process

  • Once your return/exchange request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of replacements, we’ll share a new tracking ID once the product is shipped.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered.
  • Change of mind.
  • Refusal to accept COD order.
  • Courier delays.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or moved into production. Please double-check your size, color, and address details before placing your order.


9. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD payments must be made at the time of delivery. If payment is not made, the package will be returned.
  • Refunds/re-delivery are not offered for failed or refused COD deliveries.
  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to restrictions on COD for future purchases.
